Basic First Aid training sessions were organized for the children of the Jangamakote
Light to Life project in rural Bangalore. The children were taught how to act during
emergencies like snake bites and accidents. They learned the steps to follow, how to
give quick help, and how to provide basic care before taking a patient to the hospital,
especially during snake bites or if any accident happens.
The training was led by Ms. Alice Jundi, a medical expert from Hoskote Medical
Mission. The children were trained in small groups and were also given chances to
practice the First Aid steps by themselves. The sessions were very useful as the
children gained both knowledge and hands-on experience in handling such
situations.
